ARE WE PLAYING A CINEMA?

Does the art of Cinema become the occasion to create a book or does a book become the occasion to play Cinema?

 
Is that what we need for our game? Stage, camera, microphone, headphones, clapping…or maybe an idea, a crazy story, a fantastic scenario with unexpected heroes in a surreal, dreamlike place?
 
We are waiting for you at the cinema workshop of Cinemathesis on the occasion of the book "Playing Cinema?" text by Giannas Deligiannis and illustrations by Sakis Stritsidis. The only illustrated book for children in the Greek literature, on the subject of cinema.

 

The motto of CINEMATHESIS is the simple and clear "ARE WE PLAYING A CINEMA?" and with this we prompt the children to join us in a creative game, just as children prompt each other with the phrase "Shall we play hide and seek?", "Shall we play chase?"
