Short films made by children

In the program "short films made by children" children express their concerns, their concerns, and dreams, and more broadly how they see the world and their lives. In this way, we want to compose an overall picture of how children live in different countries and continents and contribute to familiarizing children with other cultures and with the concept of diversity. Children have the right to express themselves and to be heard. Article 13 of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The films are screened under Greek subtitles

In a world where everything appears connected, some still feel... invisible. Invisible is a beautifully crafted stop-motion animated film that tells a touching story through subtle movements and silence — the story of a girl lost in the crowd, not because people look away, but because no one truly sees. It does not tolerate the heat at all well and instead of filling its belly, it prefers to hide in its burrow to escape the hot sun. As a result, Momo and the other groundhog are too thin in winter, cannot hibernate and sometimes even starve to death.

LITTLE STORIES

by Schoolchildren Emilia Rotenberg,Artemiy Zemelkin I 8min I Russian Federation

A child’s life is both difficult and easy at the same time. It's hard to make sense of complex things, hard to feel unsupported by loved ones, and there are many more hardships along the way. But it's also easy — easy to try, easy to be kind, easy to imagine, and easy not to repeat the mistakes of one’s parents. This is what the Little Stories almanac is all about — acceptance, the search for understanding with the world, and with parents.
